ALU KOFTA CURRY


PREPARATION


Boil potato and peel it. Smash and add salt, chilli powder, black pepper powder, crushed ground nuts, coriender leaves and mix it. Make small rolls. Take rajgira flour and add water and salt. Deep the rolls in the rajgira paste. Finally deep fry the rolls in oil.
For curry: add water and rajgira paste in curd. Add ginger, chilli past, cocunut, coriender leaves in it. Take frypan and give tadka to this paste in ghee with jira, curry leaves, and long dalchini(cinnamon). Heat it for 5 minutes. Now curry is ready. Add cofta (rolls) in it. Garnish with coriender leaves and serve it with rajgira puri.

Servings : 4

1 large size potato
150 grs crushed peanuts
1 cup Rajgira flour
1 cup greated coconut
½ cup curd
1 cup chopped coriender leaves
½ cup curry leaves
5-7 green chilli
3-4 ginger paste
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon powder
salt for taste, oil for fry
